today we have big news for you. We've decided to launch a new corporate communication platform called Nenech to být (NNTB), which operates on the principle of an online trust mailbox.
What does this mean for you?
We want our employees to be able to confide in anything that troubles them. Or perhaps even the more reserved ones with a good idea for improvement. Often, only the confident ones who aren't afraid to speak up are heard. But we know well that there are always colleagues who would like to speak up but are shy, have concerns, or may have had negative experiences in previous jobs.
But you don't have to be afraid. You can write anything that troubles or interests you, anonymously or with your name. It's up to you.
Your messages then go to the hands of our ombudsmen, and together we can address the matter. The advantage of NNTB is that you don't have to create any account, and yet we will be able to respond to your anonymous input and actively address it without any issues.
